SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer you the option to choose from three methods for shipping your order. You can choose to ship via ACS Courier, Elta Courier, or through a local freight forwarder from our agency in Athens, every Thursday (after which you will be responsible for the transportation to your location with the forwarding company you work with). Additionally, you can collect your order yourself (Exworks) from our facilities at Psathopyrgos, 26500, Patras, Achaia.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the shipment, the shipping method you choose, and the delivery area. Charges are applied per box, not overall. Due to the complex way in which charges are calculated, the shipping cost calculation on our website is indicative, and the actual shipping cost may differ slightly from what is mentioned on the "shopping cart" page. In any case, we will contact you by phone to inform you.
Shipping costs per box are as follows:

ACS Courier 
13.00€/10kg (+1,3€/1kg)

Elta courier
8.00€/10kg (+0.8€/1kg)

Mεταφορική
Free to Athens every Thursday. For other days when no scheduled service is available, there is a charge of €3.50 to Athens. (Afterward, you will be responsible for transportation with your own forwarding agent)

Exworks pickups are free of charge.

To complete the provision of the service, you consent to the disclosure of your necessary information to Smart Trade to complete the delivery.

DELIVERY TIME

Shipping is carried out promptly once your order is confirmed, and delivery to the customer occurs within 3-5 business days.* Our company is not responsible for any delays after your order is delivered to the selected freight forwarding company.

(*) Shipping times may vary due to unforeseen factors such as product unavailability, special processing, strikes, delays by shipping companies, holidays, etc.* 


ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order before the products are shipped. Cancellations can be made either by sending an email to eshop@smart-trade.gr or by calling 2610877713, Monday to Friday (09:00-16:00).

PRODUCT RETURNS

Products cannot be returned, except in cases where they are defective or have been delivered incorrectly. In such cases, the return and replacement process will follow the product replacement policy.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

The customer must inspect the products immediately upon delivery. Products will be considered as delivered according to the purchase order without defects or shortages.

In cases where products of poor and defective quality were sold due to Smart Trade's proven fault, or due to errors in order receipt, invoicing, shipping, etc., we fully assume the responsibility for replacement, the cost of return, and also the expenses of reshipping.

The Company will do its best to replace the returned product if it is deemed defective or if an incorrect code was sent. For the best service, we recommend informing us within 2 business days from the date of receipt, either by phone or via email (eshop@smart-trade.gr, 2610877713). If replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you to offer alternatives.

Replacement will only be processed using the same courier service used for the initial shipment; otherwise, it will not be accepted.
